●With a slight improvement in temperature from that of recent weeks but still with 18 temporary greens, a good number of club members took to the course on Sunday, February 12, for a 3 Ball Better Ball event. In first place, with 83 points, were Martin Dixon, Dennis Mcullum and A McLean. Second with 81 points were Peter Beviss, Paul Liston and Mike Lewis with 81 points, closely followed by Neil Smith, Graham Patterson and Gerry Linnert, also with 81 points.
