Beer crowned champions of the East Devon Short Mat Bowls League

This week in Evening Division one saw the title sealed by Beer with their latest away win, writes Caroline Pavey.

At the other end of the table Musbury face a tough task to retain their top flight status.

Evening Division Two saw home wins for Seaton Cliff and Sidford which means the pair continue to battle it out for the runner-up spot in the section.

Afternoon Division One saw home wins for Awliscombe, Hemyock, Lyme Regis, and Beer. Afternoon Division Two saw home wins for Sidford and Seaton Cliff.
