Broadclyst and Bradninch Under-8s travelled to Minster Park, Exminster for their latest round of Exeter and District Youth League matches.
Broadclyst were first in action and what a game they were involved in as they defeated St Martins A 3-1. For the second week running Theo Howard netted a brace and the other Clyst goal was scored by Ethan Board.
Bradninch took on St Martins B and also won 3-1 with goals from Thomas Plant, Johann Timperley and Ben Hutchinson. Daniel Huxtable had a great game for the ‘Ninch’ and is improving every week.
Broadclyst then took on St Martins B and once again recorded a 3-1 success. Theo Howard, Ethan Board and regular goalkeeper Max Metherell, having a stint outfield, scored the Clyst goals. Ethan Cobbe’s organisational skills and strong tackling helped the victory.
Bradninch went down 3-0 in their second game against St Martins A.
