Colyton Cobras Under-14s were troubled by selection woes owing to half-term absences and had the bare 11 for their 7-4 home success over Cullompton Rangers.
Despite their difficulties before the game Cobras made a bright start and bossed much of the first half, leading 4-1 at the break.
Matt Patmore and William Bryant both scored twice for Cobras and the other goals were scored by Harry Payne, Jessie Adlam and Jake Sweetland. Adlam, on the right side of midfield, was the Cobras Man of the Match.
