A fine 4 Triples win for the men's team at home to Ilminster on Thursday was a tonic for everyone, amidst the current uncertain summer weather pattern. Victory came on all rinks and overall by 82-34 shots.

Chardstock (skips only): M Rogers won 23-6; M Toms won 18-8; P Compton won 15-11 and N Denslow won 25-9.

The ladies continued a winning vein last Friday when they entertained Lyme Regis, and ran out winners by 44-39 shots.

On Sunday, the visitors were Severalls Jubilee in a four rink mixed match. Sadly, although winning on three rinks, the difference on the remaining rink was such that the visitors won overall by four shots, 74-78.

Chardstock (skips only): M Sturley won 23-17, M Rogers won 18-16, B Sluman lost 10-27 and P Compton won 23-22.
