Cloakham Daggers were 5-4 winners when they entertained Clinton Arms of Exmouth in the County League, writes Ed Coutts.

Daggers needed to bounce back after their disappointing defeat at Torquay and they did just that with captain Mark Fisher leading from the front.

Fisher got his side off to a wining start and returned a terrific average of 23.90.

His team followed suit to bag the victory.

The others to win were; Dean Jackson (17.27), Alex Anning (21.47), Dan Shakespeare (17.11) and Rob Millward (19.38).

The player of the match award went to Alex Anning sponsored by Les Summers.

Cloakham Daggers have a bye on the November 14 match night and so are next in league action on November 28 when they host Kings (Crediton).
