The raw wind had dried the Lyme Regis course sufficiently for the seniors to play their stableford on Monday, writes Richard Jackman.
The division one scores were headed by Peter Cogan with 35 with count back required to separate John Coley from Stuart Briggs, both players registering 34 points.
The highest score of the day went to Roger Baker in Division 2, with an impressive 40 points, from Bob Shepherd with 37 and Max Thorner on 36.
The ladies played their 4-ball better ball competition on Thursday and top of the pack were Di Dick and Emma Davies with a solid 40 points from Jane Broom and Sandie Barclay with 37 and Jane Souhcombe and Ellie Sturgeon was third with 35.
On Saturday Jane Southcombe captained Lyme ladies in the round three of the Mail on Sunday against Weymouth and the team of Southcombe, Rosie Jackman, Jane Andrews, Caroline Baker and Emma Davies emerged as 4-1 winners.
In several of the matches the Lyme ladies gritted their teeth to claw back deficits.
Finally, the Saturday weather cleared and allowed the juniors to play their prestigious Easter Cup medal competition.
Taking first place with an excellent score of 64 was very promising player Susan Coalter with Dorset County junior squad member David Lyon second with 70 playing off five and Lewis Cottam finished third with 71.
