Colyton have more reason than most to hope this week’s weather is dry enough to allow action on Saturday (February 10).
That’s because the Macron League Division One high fliers have so far only played eight games and they have been in action just once since November 25!
That all means that if they do get onto a pitch to play on the second Saturday of February then they will be playing for only the second time in 11 long weeks!
They don’t have league action this Saturday – instead they are set to play a Devon Senior Cup quarter-final tie away at Chagford, the first of a run of three successive away games and four away matches over the next five Saturday’s.
