Colyton 2, Tiverton Town 4 Colyton went down at home to the table topping Mid Devon side.
A fifth defeat of the league season leaves Colyton just five points above the relegation berths, but they do have games in hand on all the teams around them.
Next up for the Tanners is Saturday’s visit to Broadclyst.
They have not played their next opponents this season.
