Archant

Kilmington slipped to a six wicket defeat at Shaldon.

Batting first only Tom Gooding (53) and Ralph Cook (29) made much impression as Kilmington were bowled out for 179.

Hal Cook then took two of the home wickets to fall as the South Devon side sailed to victory on 180-4.

On Saturday Kilmington entertain a Topsham St James side who won their first game of the season last weekend.
