Gordon-Lennix hits unbeaten ton as Whimple win again

Whimple skipper Hugh Gordon-Lennox stroked his way to an unbeaten century as his side thrashed Tiverton by six wickets to make it two wins from two D Division (East) starts.

Ben Silk went to work with the ball in the first half of the match taking a fivefer and finishing with figures of 5-41 as the Mid Devon men were restricted to 176-9. Gordon-Lennox then led from the front with an unbeaten 103 as the winning line was crossed for the loss of just four wickets.
