Archant

Honiton are safe from the drop in D Division after yet another washout across the section.

Kev Kelly’s side were meant to be at East Devon neighbours Feniton but a heavy down pour an hour before the start of play killed any chance of the game going ahead.

Heading into the final game of the season on Saturday Honiton sit two places and 22 points clear of the relegation berths.

They complete their season with a home game against Countess Wear.

If they can beat the Exeter side it will greatly increase the chances of Whimple staying up and so keep another East Devon derby on their fixture card for 2013.
