Seaton 2nds make it two wins from two thanks to Aplin

Seaton 2nds made it two wins from two with an 83 run win at Topsham St James II.

Chris Aplin hit an unbeaten 63 whilst Toby Tucker chipped in with 21 as Seaton ground out a total of 127 in difficult batting conditions.

Pete Lawson and Ian Hunt then worked in tandem to hustle the hosts out for just 44. Lawson finished with 5-22 and skipper Hunt claimed 3-7.

On Saturday Seaton travel to Halberton and Sampford Peverell looking for a third successive league victory.
