Seaton Cricket Club are planning a £20,000 modernising and re-furbishment scheme which will be carried out in time for the start of the new season.

Chairman Chris Gamwell said: "We are modernising the kitchen facilities which will cost £6,000 funded from our monies. The practise nets and surfaces all need replacing and re-furbishment as well as the artificial playing surface. We are hopeful that grants will help us fund these projects. Work cannot start ahead of grant approval but we hope decisions will be made in time for the start of the new season.
