Archant

Upottery are set for their season-defining match this Saturday.

The villagers entertain fellow strugglers Bridestowe in their last home game of the E Division campaign.

Upottery sit third bottom, one place and four points above Bridestowe who occupy the second of the relegation berths above doomed Yarcombe and Stockland.

That makes Saturday’s game at Upottery Playing Field as a ‘winner-takes-all’ encounter with almost certain safety for the winners and very likely relegation for the losers!

The week after the two sides complete their respective programmes with Upottery travelling to Kentisbeare and Bridestowe entertaining Topsham St James.
