Archant

Upottery have taken their bid to stay in the E Division to the final day of the season.

That’s because they were washed out in their final, away game, they had been due at Bridestowe, and now need to win at home to Kentisbeare to ensure their survival.

It’s conceivable they could also stay up if they lose to the Kent’s!

They will start the final day a point behind third bottom Topsham St James so as long as they bank two points more from their meeting the Kentisbeare than the Exeter side do at title chasing Shaldon, then Upottery will stay up and send Topsham St James down.
