Upottery were denied action on the opening day owing to a waterlogged Bickleigh wicket.

It was also a day of inactivity for the 2nd XI as their game at home to North Devon III also fell foul of the weather.

This Saturday Upottery begin their home campaign with an East Devon derby against Kilmington who lost their opening day game.

Dan Prettejohn takes the Upottery 2nd XI to Countess Wear II.
