Yarcombe and Stockland said goodbye to the E Division in some style.

The villagers were consigned to a season back in the basement division before their final game of the league season at home to Kilmington.

Perhaps it was the pressure being off, but whatever it was it worked for Yarcombe as they claimed a three wicket win, only their fourth success this season!

Simon Durrant top scored with 78 and skipper Rob Mitchum hit 57 as Yarcombe sealed a three wicket success on 233-7.

Earlier Rex Helston (3-41) and Billy Reed (2-29) had claimed wickets to restrict the visitors to 230-8.
