With plenty of players available in the junior ranks for the Honiton RFC Under-11s, it was always going to be tough to give game time to all.

Fortunately, Exeter were short of players and Honiton provided some much welcome support.

Caught in the starting gates, the Honiton Dimonds went down early on in the first third but soon found their footing, pulling back the deficit and moving ahead on the scoresheet with some decent phases of rucking and recycling.

Second and third sessions were much of a similar theme, with the Dimonds increasing their lead slowly but surely until the final whistle, ending about four tries up.

Match awards today went to George H for his much developed defensive effort putting in some big hits, Dylan for his rucking and strong running in attack and Jimi collecting the clubman trophy for his commitment while volunteering to play for the opposition.
