Honiton Town Reserves were excellent value for a 6-1 triumph in the Devon Intermediate Cup at Woodbury.
Mind you the Mountbatten Park men were handed a major boost with the Woods reduced to ten men.
Joe Dixon was amongst the scorers with a brace and there was also a first goal in competitive football for Olly Cramer. Correy Couch, Matty Urquhart and Ken Brice also netted.
In a fine all-round show it looks as if competition for places in Towns second team is going to be as hot as it clearly is in the senior side at Mountbatten Park!
On Saturday the Town Reserves entertain Fluxton in a Division Five game.
