Who plays who over the Easter weekend in terms of local football teams

The big game locally on Good Friday is the South West Peninsula League East Devon derby at Sector Lane, Axminster where Sidmouth Town are the visitors.

The visitors will pitch up buoyed by a splendid 0-0 draw at title chasing Stoke Gabriel last Saturday.

Kick-off for the derby game is 11am.

There’s also Fresha League action for Upottery who travel to Newton St Cyres for a Division Three engagement, for Awliscombe, who are at St Martin’s in a Division Five match, Feniton Reserves travel to Langdon for a Division Six encounter and Honiton Town Reserves host Otterton in Division 7.

The action continues on Saturday when Beer Albion entertain Seaton Town in a Fresha Premier league game at Furzebrake (3pm) and Feniton have a top-of-the-table match to negotiate at Hatherleigh Town.

There’s also action for Colyton (home to Culm United), Honiton Town (at Exeter Civil Service), Offwell Rangers (at Winkleigh), Seaton Town Reserves (home to Exmouth Town Reserves), Axmouth United (at Woodbury), Beer Albion Reserves (at Lapford), Dunkeswell Rovers (at Priory) and Offwell Rangers Reserves have home advantage for their meeting with Follygate.

Easter Monday also sees plenty of action. Axminster Town travel to Galmpton for a 3pm kick-off.

In the Fresha League there’s a trip to Topsham Town for Beer and to Morchard Bishop for Seaton Town.

Colyton travel to Sidbury and Honiton are at hoe to Clyst Valley whilst Offwell Rangers go to Sandford and Upottery entertain Ottery St Mary. Awliscombe host Culm United, Dunkeswell Rovers are at home to Topsham Town and Feniton entertain East Budleigh.

There’s also action for Colyton Reserves at home to Newtown and Offwell Rangers host Sandford.
