Event rider Abbie Hughes rode Ottery St Mary owner Ann Brown's Wiscombe Bonita to a double of dressage wins last weekend.

Event rider Abbie Hughes rode Ottery St Mary owner Ann Brown's Wiscombe Bonita to a double of dressage wins at the weekend.The pair won a Prelim Qualifier on Saturday at Bicton College and another on Sunday at Stockland Lovell. Abbie won seven classes over the two days.Ramiros Secret, owned by Christine Channing, won the Elementary and his first Medium at Bicton and both the Elementary classes the following day. Trevoulter Tovak, owned by Mel Young, won the novice at Bicton. Abbie has also been selected for national dressage and eventing training on Ramiros Secret with Ferdi Eilberg and Yogi Breisner.Abbie Hughes, from Colyton, whose yard is in Luppitt, is pictured competing at an event earlier this year.
