THE Devon and Cornwall and Wessex area Pony Race Training Day, which had to be postponed on Sunday due to the bad weather conditions, will definitely be re-arranged for the Monday of the February - Feb 21st, half term. It will now be organised by the PRA.

It will still be held at Stretcholt, Bridgwater, due to the excellent facilities there and any rider thinking about taking up the sport in 2011 is urged to attend and it WILL count as qualification to race. Priority will go to those who had booked a place on the previous course.

Please note that there has been a significant rule change for 2011 in that Pony Club Rallies WILL NOT count as qualification, it will be through hunting and training days only.

The new rules for 2011 will be on www.pra.gb.com to download shortly . Don’t forget that height certificates are only valid from Jan 1 2011, for the 2011 season.
