Farley and Sharland triumph in fog hit Rye Foursomes at Honiton

The Tuesday Mixed competition at Honiton was hit by heavy fog, writes Andy Wagner.

This left the Rye Foursomes was reduced to 10 holes which gave the organisers of this month’s competitions Ro and Chris Poole careful card checking for count backs.

First place went to Lesley Farley and Andy Sharland with 25 points.

In second with 20 points, after count back, were Margaret Black and David Price.

Also with 20 points, but placed third were Jennifer Pyle and Alan Booth and fourth, also with 20 points were Su Calver and Phil Wall.
