AVR member Kevin Feeney ran the Two Tunnels Return Ticket Half Marathon in Bath, writes Dave Mutter.
He crossed the finish line 88th out of the 167 starters and was placed third M60 with his time being 2:00:18, just two minutes outside his PB.
The route follows the Two Tunnels Greenway Path and includes two recently re-opened railway tunnels which are 408 and 1670 metres long.
The race is there and back twice, so you are in tunnels for over 8km – very handy on a warm sunny day!
