Newly-appointed third-team manager at Feniton FC, Ryan Smales, is on the hunt for an assistant coach to join him for the 2021-22 season.
The third-team philosophy at Feniton is all about providing a platform for young players to develop in the men’s game.
Players are given the opportunity to grow in experience, with a view to hopefully making the progression to the second-team and eventually first-team football.
Feniton are looking for a coach with a minimum qualification of FA Level 2, or in the process of working toward this goal, as well as two years coaching experience.
The new coach will work alongside Ryan in delivering training sessions, planning for matches and reviewing games to ensure the positive development of the side.
It is yet another fine example of the ambitious set-up at Feniton and anyone interested should contact Ryan on ryansmales@ymail.com
