In their final County Trophy match against Madeira, Feniton lost by 59-75. The winning rinks were P Eels, A Murdoch, A Kury and B Cann 21-14 and D Sanders, P Bright, J Skinner and K Lovering 18-15.
In the East of Exe competition, the mixed team lost to Uffculme by 61-72. The winning rinks were P Eels, D Bowden, A Murdoch and B Cann 22-12 and Jan Holmes, J Skinner, John Holmes and K Lovering 20-12.
In the over 60s men’s triples league, the Hawks defeated North Tawton by 32-29. The wining rink was D Sanders, P Bright and J Skinner 18-14. Unfortunately, the Eagles lost on both rinks away at Chardstock by 26-40.
The mixed team welcomed Tiverton Park and won 91-56. The winning rinks were J Smith, D Coyne and R Clarke 23-7, Jan Holmes, R Lovering and John Holmes 19-8, J Livings, D Bowden and A Kury 19-10 and R Crowe-Swords, D Phillips and G Phillips 16-13.
