Chagford 2:2 Feniton The Blues dropped a couple of crucial points as they squandered a 2-1 lead conceding a penalty in the closing minutes.
Feniton trailed 1-0 at the break after an uncharacteristic handling error from keeper Matt Kingdon.
Two identical headed goals by Charlie Selley from Ben Allen corners put Feniton into the box seat, but they were forced into a share of the spoils when the match official awarded the hosts a late penalty.
Boss Mark Kingdon said: “It’s points dropped for sure, but we couldn’t help feel harshly done by, on the way home. I thought it was a very soft penalty that was given against us and that cost us two points. That said we have our destiny very much still in our own hands with many of the other teams looking at a top three finish still to come to us at Acland Park.”
On Saturday the Blues travel into Exeter to meet University.
