Feniton 2nd XI clinched a thrilling three run win in an East Devon derby at Upottery II.
Skipper Francis Pyle led from the front with his side’s top score of 39 as wickets tumbled around him, the final one falling on 119.
Kev Brandon then took over with the ball, claiming 4-22 as the home side were bowled out for 116.
A fifth win in six this term has seen the side climb to second in the table behind leaders Exeter III.
This Saturday the team travel up the North Devon Link Road to face North Devon III.
