Flamingos A kept their momentum at the head of the table when they met bottom of the table Complete Meats.

With Teresa Youens in fine form, they were on top from the start and ended the game comfortable winners at 50-22.

Bo-Peeps had hoped for at least a point from their game against mid table Visions, but it was not to be, although they came oh so close. With Jill Hall playing well for Visions, they opened with a 9-4 lead at quarter time. By halfway Bo-Peeps had matched them goal for goal in the second period and were still five goals behind at 12-17, thanks to some fine play from Faye Webb. The third period saw Visions reassert their authority and enter the final session 31-16 in front before ending winners 40-20, a result that saw Bo-Peeps miss a point by a single goal.

The final game saw Wasps up against mid-table Uplowman. It was Uplowman who started stronger, leading 7-5 at the end of the first period. By half way Wasps had moved 16-15 ahead before going 26-19 ahead in the third quarter and ending the game winners by 38-24. Claire Gresham had been the Wasps' star whilst Jules Heal caught the eye for Uplowman.

Things are still tight in division two, with the top five still in contention, the top four being separated by just four points. The Met Office Weather Girls maintained their unbeaten run when they came up against JD Tyres. With Rebecca Green in fine form they led from the start and, although Amy Phillips worked hard for JD, the Weather Girls won 34-10.

Flamingos B were the big gainers, moving back up from fourth to second thanks to a storming 72-2 win over bottom place CMC Birds.

Jenny Robinson played well for the Birds whilst Abby Williams shone for Flamingos.

Tip Top Trees Acorns held on to third place thanks to their fine 33-13 win over NAS Vehicle Repairs. Sarah Green was once again the NAS star whilst Grace Nicholson was the pick of the Acorns.
