Seaton Under-13s were deserved 2-1 winners in their Devon County Cup tie against Plymouth outfit Activate.

A bare squad was put together for the trip to Plymouth, but everyone put a shift in as goals from Reece McCabe and a late winner from Drew Aedo-Smith saw them safely into the next round.

Seaton boss Anthony Hellier said: “It was a fine team effort and, after a lengthy trip in this round perhaps the draw will be kinder to us in round two and we get a home game.”
