Axminster Town seeking a new manager

Axminster Town are seeking a new manager to lead them into next season at their new Tiger Way home.

Town will play again in the South West Peninsula League, Eastern Division. This current season has been one of great difficulty for all concerned at the club, especially chairman Ray Self who says: “It’s been tough on and off the pitch. Clearly we have not been helped by the delays in us getting access to Tiger Way and, although we have had our moments on the pitch it has been a season of disappointment.”

The new manager will have some top class facilities to work with and Self is keen to speak with managers with experience of step seven football and above. He would also be happy to speak with someone who has managed at Fresha League Premier Division level.

Self says: “I am very keen to get the right person in. Going forward I feel we have plenty to offer. I would like to get the new manager in place before our 2015 AGM, and certainly in time for the manager and team to get a good pre-season in prior to the 2015/16 campaign.”

Anyone interested can contact Self on 07747 488111.
