Axminster Town Under-13s net six against Dawlish

Axminster Town Under-13s were 6-2 winners when they entertain Dawlish United in an Exeter and District Youth League game.

The young Tigers were good value for the success and made a flying start to their first home game of the season, scoring three unanswered goals inside the first 20 minutes!

A quick-fire Billy Knox double was followed by a strike from Archie Clode.

The visitors hit back, but Town held a 3-1 half-time lead.

An early second half penalty was tucked away to bring Dawlish to within one goal of Town, but the Tigers were soon back in charge and they added three more goals from Freddie Andrews, Billy Knox and a terrific finish by Matt Young, to complete a rcly deserved success.
