Axmouth United suffer third successive postponement.

Axmouth United sat out a third successive Fresha League match day when their Division Four game at home to North Tawton was postponed owing to the recent rain.

The table-toppers have been hit harder than most in recent weeks.

They have played just one game – a December 28, 1-0 at Newtown since December 7!

The only home game they have played since November 9, was a November 30 3-2 success against Lords XI.

What compounds the United lack of activity is that they are without a fixture this coming weekend, returning to action the Saturday after (February 2) when they entreating Exmouth Town Reserves who also provide their next home opposition when the pair meet at Boshill Cross on Saturday, February 15.

That meeting with Exmouth Town will then become only their second home fixture in 14 weeks!
