Colyton FC U9s have had a very successful season this year. Running both Saturday and Sunday teams, they have earned trophies in each competition.

In the Sunday Mid-Devon competition they won the league and Cup double. On the last Sunday they won the league by two points from Tiverton rivals Moors youth. At the Adam Stansfield Festival of Football they completed the double with a 3-1 win over Copplestone.

Both Saturday teams, Colyton Raiders and Colyton Redsocks had Exeter League success, culminating in Redsocks reaching the final of the League Plate trophy final played at St James's Park, Exeter City's ground. In a tight final and against the run of play Colyton finished runners up to Sidmouth 1-0.

●Colyton is also on the lookout for new junior players for next season’s under-8s and under-9s teams. (School years three and four in Sept). Training is held Friday evenings 6-7pm until June 1, and resumes the end of August at Colyton playing fields.
