First up they beat Millwey Rise 12-0 with Thomas Lambert scoring a double hat-trick and both Johndrick Gangoso and Harry Williams serving up hat-tricks of assists, the latter playing goalkeeper.

That was followed by an incredible comeback against West Exe. The Exeter side led 4-0 at the interval, but Colyton produced a superb second half rally, scoring six unanswered goals to win the match! Jacob Hale (2), Freddie Andrews (2) and Rollo Squire were amongst the goals, the pick of them being a determined run and delicate lob from Freddie Andrews.

On Sunday Colyton travelled to Honiton where they found themselves two-goals to the good before being pegged back by the hosts by the break.

After some reorganisation Cameron Board tightened up the defence and Thomas Lambert drove the team forward to the tune of a further 15 goals! The scoring was shared around, but special mention goes to Fredrik Craker who scored in his first ever league match.

Manager Paul Cox said: “Myself and Craig (fellow boss Craig Board) are delighted with how the team are playing. The Saturday comeback was sensational.”

Next up for the team are a trip to Brixington Blues followed by a home meeting with Lyme Regis.
