Devon County Youth trials for the under-18 side that will be competing in the South West Counties Youth Championship, the Mick Parry Cup and the FA County Youth Cup, are set to be held on Sunday, August 31, at Liverton United s Halford Ground.

Devon County Youth trials for the under-18 side that will be competing in the South West Counties Youth Championship, the Mick Parry Cup and the FA County Youth Cup, are set to be held on Sunday, August 31, at Liverton United's Halford Ground. To be eligible to represent the Devon Youth this season, players are those who have not reached the age of 18 years as at midnight on August 31 this season. Therefore, in terms of date of birth, a player must have been born on or after September 1 1990, to be eligible. He must also either have been born in Devon or currently be playing for a club in the county. Additionally, and in order to achieve the necessary quality, the county are seeking players who would be able to play in at least one of the premier divisions of the county leagues, or higher. Recommendations must include the following: player's name, address and date of birth, contact telephone number for the player, details of his two most effective playing positions (except goal-keepers), together with current club details. Recommendations should arrive no later than Friday, August 29.
