The last clash of these teams saw Sidmouth triumphant with 13-4, Seaton were determined to show the improvement they have made over the few weeks, writes Andrew Franklin.

The venue was changed to Sidmouth due to Seaton’s waterlogged pitch. Play was fast and direct with noone willing to give in. After a few minutes Oliver Browne found the back of the net for Seaton. Sidmouth came back fiercely and evened the score. The rest of the match was even with end to end play.

Man of the match was captain Ollie Binion, Thomas Driver was fantastic in goal but the whole team did so well after the Christmas break.

Next week Seaton are home to Axminster 10.30ko
