Honiton Demons Under-10s were beaten by the Mid Devon visitors.

Despite not playing form two months Demons made a bright start with Connor Richards, Lee Pullman, Elliot Holdsworth and Jake Mabbutt created numerous chances.

At the other end of the pitch the defence of Josh Edwards, Connor Harrison and Harry Horn were more than equal to the best the visitors could, offer until just before the break when they conceded.

In the second half Demons made changes. Ross Hurford was introduced to the midfield where he put in some tremendous tackles whilst James Pring was a constant thorn in the side of the visitors. Moors Rhinos doubled their lead and then added a third. A fourth late on was harsh on the Demons.

The Man of the Match award was shared between Josh Edwards and Jake Mabbutt.

The following day the majority of the team (and the coaches) ran the three-mile run for Sport Relief. All enjoyed finishing it and raising money for a good cause.
