Honiton Demons Under-10s were good value for a clean sheet win.

Demons made a sluggish start and were indebted to a wonderful save by goalkeeper Freddie Richards to deny Axminster an early lead. The deadlock was broken by a move that involved birthday boy Connor Richards and Jake Mabbutt prior to Richards netting. Mabbut added two more, one from the penalty sport, to send Demons into the interval 3-0 up. After the break Richards made another fine save whilst Connor Harrison, Josh Edwards and Harry Horn combined to contain the best the visitors had to offer. Richards netted his second to make it 4-0 before Harry Horn thumped home a free-kick to compete the scoring.

In a fine team performance there were good shifts also put in by Aidan Manville, Elliot Holdsworth, Ross Hurford, James Pring and Joe Edwards.

Birthday boy Richards was named the Man of the Match.
