Honiton Harriers Under-9s were winners and losers in their meetings with Feniton opposition.

First up they fell behind to Feniton Falcons before good play from Tyler Pendrick and Jack Bevan led to Jack Cowley levelling.

Mason Doble and Harry Smith linked up with Liam Osborne who finished well and then Osborne struck again to make it 3-1.

Just before the break Mason Doble increased the lead. After the break William White was introduced for his Honiton debut.

Falcons pulled a goal back, but with Isaac Lidster in fine form in goal they were unable to net any more and Harriers ended worthy winners.

Against a powerful Feniton side they too the lead through Mason Doble and held that through to half-time. After the break a deflected goal levelled things up and two late goals saw Feniton claim a 3-1 victory.

Manager Garry Osborne said: “Everyone was fantastic again today there all worked so hard and gave everything in two very good games of football and as a manager I can ask for no more.”
