Honiton Under-11 Terrors were beaten 9-0 by high-flying and unbeaten Colyton when the pair met in an East Devon Youth League game.

Zac Harrison skippered the side and there were strong defensive shows from Louie Stamp and Logan Tratt whilst Connor Harrison was strong in the tackle.

After the break Ben Lapping was a whisker away from scoring what would have been a deserved consolation.

Terrors coach mark Fisher said: “The boys can be very pleased with their efforts against a powerful side. They simply never gave up and the only thing missing from a splendid all-round show was a goal to reward their amazing effort.”
