Archant

Honiton Town Reserves 1, Ottery St Mary 0

Despite wining their previous game 10-0, this proved to be an improved performance from the Mountbatten Park second string.

Ryan Pike scored the only goal from the penalty spot to decide a closely contested derby match.

Ryan Sellick and Joe Knight put in excellent shifts for the team.

The pair’s contribution was all the more impressive given that they ad completed a charity run on the morning of the game!

On Saturday the Town Reserves, who now sit third in Fresha League Division Six travel to Topsham.
