Kenworthy treble as Seaton Town Under-11s continue charge up the table

Beacon Knights 0, Seaton Town 5

Seaton Town Under-11s bounced back from a miserable March to bag a second successive away victory.

After the previous weeks eye-catching 5-1 win at the home of table topping Twyford Spartans they were equally impressive in the way they put hosts Beacon Knights to the sword.

Town began with a confident approach, but tended to sit back too much, inviting the Exeter-based side to come onto them.

Then Town boss Jamie McCabe rang the changes and the re-invigorated formation paid dividends! Edward Kenworthy netted twice and Reece McCabe also scored, sending Town into the break with a 3-0 advantage.

In the second half Seaton played some nice football with the whole squad having a run out and scored a further two goals.

Kenworthy completed his hat-trick and William Hellier completed the scoring. Treble netting Kenworthy was named the Town Man of the Match.

After dropping down the league over recent weeks Town are back up to third place in a very close league and are scheduled to play three fixtures this week against Exmouth, Feniton and Newton Knights as they try to catch up on missed games from over the winter.
