Colyton Cobra’s Under-11s bagged a tenth win of the season to keep their promotion hopes bubbling away with a deserved success.

Alphington began brightly and took the lead with some slick play. Parity was restored when Liam Hughes netted and that completed the first half scoring.

After the break Cobras began to dominate and took the lead when Max Hawkins finished off a delightful passing move.

The goal that finally ended the Alphington resistance came from Toby Little who side footed home from close range after another sweeping move.

Max Helston was named the Cobras Man of the Match for his sterling contribution from the middle of midfield.
