Offwell Rangers hit Amory Green Rovers for seven last weekend.

Rangers were a little sluggish getting into the game, but once they found their feet they were irresistible in front of goals scoring seven unanswered goals.

Craig Sluman led the way with a hat-trick and there were also two goals from Daniel Williams, one from Ashley Trudgeon and Bradley Spiller marked his birthday with a superb strike.

Boss Scott Phillips said: “It was a very competent display from all sections of the team. To be honest we did not play much better than we have in recent games for I feel we have made a good start to the season as a team. However, the difference between this week and last was the finishing. It matched the approach play!”

The match was sponsored by WE Phillips and Sons who specialise in agricultural construction and they opted for Dane Spiller as the Man of the Match.
