Seaton Town slipped out of the top three in the Exeter and District Youth League Under-11 Division Two table after a midweek draw and a Saturday defeat.

The evening encounter took them to another title chasing team, Exmouth Amateurs and they shared six goals with the Ammies.

Seaton had more of the possession in the first half, but Ammies scored first. Parity was swiftly restored with Reece McCabe the scorer.

After the break the home twice took the lead, but each time Seaton powered back to deservedly take a share of the spoils thanks to an Edward Kenworthy double.

In juries sustained in the game hit the team’s plans for the Saturday game at Moors Youth where a depleted Town side were beaten 5-2.
