Seaton under-10s came up short in their meetings with Exmouth sides.

The youngsters went down 4-2 to Brixington Blues and 4-1 against Brixington United. Both games followed a similar pattern, with Seaton well in the game until the final few minutes. They were 3-0 down against the Blues at half-time, but mounted a fight-back with a brace of excellent team goals, engineered by the superb George Gait and finished by Aaron Hale and Christian Pinnock.

They went in search of a third to level things up and did fashion some good opportunities, but got caught on the break at the end of the contest and conceded a late fourth.

Next up Seaton played Brixington United saw them go into the match with several injuries, and they found themselves 2-0 down. Once more they launched a fight-back and a tremendous strike from Max Nevell halved the deficit. Just as they had done in the first game, they began to push more and more players forward in a bid to bag an equaliser and were caught out by a couple of late goals that gave a flattering score line to the Exmouth side.

Man of the Morning was make-shift goal keeper Leo Gribble, the midfielder pulled off some stunning saves, many of which left those watching shaking their heads in disbelief.
