Axminster Town's first game in the South West Peninsula League managed to get under way thanks to a little bit of help from neighbours Millwey Rise and Axmouth United Football Clubs!

As the Saturday morning rain continued to fall into the early afternoon, the line markings at the Tigers' Sector Lane home were proving impossible to 'keep down' and it ended up with three line markers, plus the markers from Millwey Rise and Axmouth, working in tandem right up until kick off to ensure that, when the match started, there were lines to play with.
