Upottery not as badly off as some with matches to play

Upottery are better off than most teams in the Fresha League in terms of matches played and remaining games.

The villagers have just seven games still to play to compete their Division Three campaign.

They are without a game this Saturday so are next in action on February 1 with a Glebe park meeting with University 4ths.

The students are one of their nearest challengers. They sit third in the table ten points behind table-topping Upottery having played four games fewer. Before the Upottery game the students host Newtown Reserves who sit between them and Upottery.

The outcome of that game this Saturday will be of great interest to Dan Prettejohn and his Upottery team.
